We do not perform crawl space inspections, encapsulation, or repairs. Our role is to connect homeowners with independently licensed, insured crawl space contractors.
This policy covers the website at ohiovalleycrawlspace.com and the quote form on it. It does not cover the separate privacy practices of the contractors we match you with, who handle your information under their own policies once the introduction is made.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to enter in the quote form. That is:

- Your primary problem
- Your crawl space square footage
- Any optional message you add
You control what you send. If a field is optional and you leave it blank, we do not receive it.

Quote form submissions are handled through a third-party form and hosting provider that processes and delivers your request on our behalf. That provider processes the data only to route your submission to us and to the matched contractor.
How long we keep it
We keep quote submissions only as long as needed to make the match, follow up, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. When the information is no longer needed for those purposes, it is removed or de-identified.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Send those requests through our contact page. To stop hearing from a contractor after a match, tell that contractor directly, since they hold your information under their own policy.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, reach out through the contact page and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
