Greater Cincinnati, Dayton & Northern Kentucky

Join Our Crawl Space Contractor Network — Greater Cincinnati, Dayton & Northern Kentucky

This is a straight, contractor-to-contractor pitch. Ohio Valley Crawl Space is a referral service, not a competitor. We generate homeowner leads and route them to one qualified contractor per area. If you run a crawl space or encapsulation business and want steadier inbound work without buying it back from a big lead broker, keep reading.

Who this is for

We work with licensed, insured crawl space and encapsulation contractors across our service area — Southwest Ohio and the Dayton metro on the Ohio side, and Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties on the Kentucky side. If you already do vapor barriers, full encapsulations, drainage, and moisture repair every week, you know the work. What you may not have is a steady flow of qualified homeowners who found you at the moment they decided to fix the problem.

That is what we do. Ohio Valley Crawl Space is built specifically to capture crawl space searches across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky — homeowners who reach out are actively looking to fix a problem, not just browsing. You do the work under your own license and insurance; we make the introduction and stay out of the way.

How it works

  1. You apply

Reach out through our contact form and tell us your company, the license or certification you hold, your insurance, and the areas you cover. A short conversation follows.

  2. We verify your credentials

We confirm your license where one applies, your general liability insurance, and that you actually service the territory you want to claim. We only route homeowners to contractors who check out.

  3. We route leads in your area

When a homeowner in your territory submits a request, it goes to you. No auction, no five contractors calling the same person.

  4. You inspect, quote, and do the work

You contact the homeowner, run the inspection, write the quote, and complete the job on your own terms. The relationship is yours from that first call forward.

What you receive

Exclusive territory

Your territory is yours alone — one contractor per area. In markets where lead volume is still building, we’ll be upfront about how that works before you commit to anything. You are never bidding against other contractors for the same homeowner.

Pre-qualified inbound leads

Every submission includes the zip code, crawl space type, the primary problem, and approximate square footage — so you know what you are walking into before you call.

Direct contact on every lead

You get the homeowner's phone and email on each submission. No portal to check, no middleman relaying messages.

Real-estate deadline priority

Leads tied to a closing or inspection deadline get flagged and routed first, so you can win the time-sensitive jobs other contractors miss.

What we require

The bar is simple, and it protects the homeowners who trust our referral as much as it protects your reputation.

  • A valid contractor license where one applies, plus current general liability insurance. In Ohio, that means a licensed, insured contractor in good standing.
  • For Kentucky, where no mandatory crawl space license exists, we look for current general liability insurance and a relevant industry certification. We’ll discuss what that looks like in the review conversation.
  • You answer your phone during business hours and follow up on a routed lead within two hours. Speed is what turns these into booked jobs.
  • You only claim areas you can genuinely serve, so no homeowner waits on a contractor who cannot get there.
  • You operate independently. All work is done under your own license and insurance — we are a referral service only, not a party to the job.

What it costs — straight answer

You pay a flat monthly fee based on your territory and lead volume. It is not pay-per-lead, so a busy month never turns into a surprise bill, and the incentives stay honest on both sides.

It is month-to-month. No long-term contract, no setup fee, no cancellation penalty. If it is not paying for itself, you leave.

We do not publish a dollar figure because the right number depends on your area and how many leads it produces. We work that out with you in the review conversation, before you commit to anything.
